How I Use Tags in My Notes

Hi there,

Sometimes I wonder if I capture my thoughts clearly enough in my notes. They make sense to me, yet I worry others wouldnt understand them if I shared. Has anyone else had similar thoughts about their note-taking style?

I put mine here: https://openpagenotes.com/

Interested in other approaches.
